The FSSC 22000 for food manufacturers is based on the requirements of the ISO 22000 norms and the technical specifications of the ISO/TS 22002-1.
Having the FSSC 22000 certification shows the capacity of Chocolatera Moctezuma S.A. de C.V. to manufacture innocuous foods, meaning our final product is not a risk to the health of our consumers.
